Veneto Restaurant is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants in Chania. It is located at one of the most popular streets of the town, in a Venetian building of the 15th century.

The noble and romantic atmosphere of Veneto, in combination to the unique dishes, place the restaurant among the bests of its kind.

The experienced chef of Veneto prepares dishes that satisfy even the most demanding palate, without forgetting every day’s special. Most customers take under serious consideration his opinion on what to order.

There is a wide variety of appetizers, pasta and first courses. But no one can leave the restaurant without trying the desserts made by our chef.

The Restaurant

Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

On top of its friendly and attentive staff are pivotal in creating the endearingly comfortable ambiance that's come to be one of its calling cards, what makes this eatery unique is the authenticity of its food.

Our Head Chef

After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.

An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.

Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Our Food

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

An establishment that is never stationary, our ever-changing specials menu ensures that we’re in a constant state of evolution and there’s always something new to tempt you when you pay your next visit.

La cucina tradizionale giapponese incontra un ambiente moderno e accogliente nel Nishiki Sushi Restaurant di Parabita, dove materie prime freschissime sono alla base dei grandi classici della cucina giapponese: sushi, sashimi, tempure, tartare, noodles, nigiri, hosomaki, e anche piatti caldi come le zuppe, rame, udon soba e il fried rice saltato con pollo, verdure o pesce.

Dopo aver aperto un caratteristico e originale ristorante a Corigliano d’Otranto, l’ormai noto “400 Il ristorantino”, e maturato una consolidata esperienza nel settore della ristorazione a connotazione orientale, Gianluca e Maurizio hanno dato vita a un ristorante ideale per gli amanti del pesce, soprattutto crudo, e della cucina Teppanyaki, che oltre ad essere uno specifico metodo di cottura è anche un vero e proprio stile di cucina giapponese che utilizza una piastra di ferro rovente a diretto contatto con il fuoco che funge non solo da piano di cottura ma anche da strumento con cui servire le pietanze in tavola. Nishiki si è presentato alla clientela riscontrando grandi apprezzamenti con la sua formula All You Can Eat di qualità (25 euro bevande e coperto esclusi) che si distingue per la freschezza degli ingredienti, per l’ampia scelta e il livello delle preparazioni, il tutto immerso in una location dagli arredi freschi e accattivanti, in linea con la proposta orientale del menu. Un’ottima e variegata carta dei vini, locali e nazionali, accompagna egregiamente una cena di grande qualità.
